I cancelled and my profile is still publicly displayed. I tried to call and the "call center" is permanently closed. The Customer Support email will not send. It must be a dead link

Excellent service and a very simple online dating website. I would highly recommend signing up! I met the woman I'm dating right now here on Cupid.com. Everything on the site is so awesome.

I would recommend the site. You have to be very careful on the site. It's best initially to establish a few friends or contacts on the site. Over a week or two on the site you will see that many of the people who first contacted you have been removed from the site. I believe roughly 20 people who contacted me were removed from the site. Once you weed out the bad ones then it's time to talk to the people you have an established on site relationship with. After all what's the rush anyway. Have fun and good luck.

The greatest issue I faced while using this website was that its activation delayed several times. For me, it was becoming increasingly annoying and unacceptable. Furthermore, their customer support was quite helpful and promptly addressed my concerns and complaints. Secondly, the website has an excellent user database that always welcomes new users and provides a level of enjoyment that no other dating website can match.

Sorry, just not worth the money. There are hardly any members, the geographical search is a joke and any search will come up with lots of duplicates. Don't waste your money, I wish I hadn't.

This site is a scam. I set up to male accounts one with details the other without any details, the account without details was setup late at night and received emails from the same six members between midnight and 4:00 am even though these were apparently not online for the last 24 hours. They are just trying to get you to buy gold membership to view these messages. I did an open search on who has been online anywhere in the last 24 hours and it was only 4 female members. The site is either full of fake or dormant accounts. Do waste your money and time.
